Walmart has
Epson EpiqVision Mini EF11 3LCD Portable Projector (Refurbished) on clearance for $211.81. Shipping is free.
Note, product must be sold/shipped by Walmart
Summary:
- Refurbished
- 1080P
- 1000 ANSI Lumens
- 3LCD (No rainbow effect like DLP projectors)
- Laser Projector (much longer lifespan, better colors etc)
VS EF12 (Pros):
- Cheaper
- Much lower input lag, more suitable for gaming (EF 12 has like 150ms input lag, makes it near impossible for gaming)
- Much smaller and lighter
VS EF12 (Cons):
- Worse speakers (Fine if u have external speakers)
- No HDR10 (picture is about the same anyways)
- No built in Android TV
- No auto-focus
EF12 is better if you're planning to use it portable since it's a good all in one package. But personally, EF 11 has everything that EF 12 has, I'll probably connect it to chromecast + my own speakers. EF 12's incredibly high input lag makes it a deal breaker.

I was just comparing these 2 after reading the input lag comment in the ef12 thread.
Went with this one, thanks!
fyi your title shows the wrong model, ef12 instead of ef11

Whether they're new or they've been reset because Epson did the factory refurb is hard to say.
Anyways, first impression is super positive. I need to do some work before things are in a permanent situation, but now I know I can get to work.
I was quite happy while testing things out in a dark room. And at the end, I noticed it was still on eco mode. So there's more brightness if I want it.
I noticed in the other thread that someone registered with Epson and their warranty is good through Nov 25. I'm going to have to try this. I bought the extended warranty, which I never do, because it was a refurb that I thought had zero warranty beyond the 90 day return window. Might have to see if I can cancel that policy.
What are the steps to check the lamp hours?
Go to settings , then go to info , i guess 2nd menu option, then submenu to lamp information , it will show lamp hours.
UPDATE: received my EF11 today. It's definitely refurbed by Epson, which is good to see. Also, I registered it on the Epson website and the warranty is good until the end of this year. Have yet to power it up.
I received my unit in the same way. Mine was definitely a refurbished unit. Had a couple of scuffs and had 14 hours on the clock. Working perfectly so can't complain!
