The only terms I see, is that you will get an e-mail, within 30 days after the item has shipped about the promotional credit. There is no indication of how the credit is supposed to show up in your account or how you can apply it to a future order, etc?
The only place I can think, to search and find it on my Amazon Account is where my Gift Card balance is at...but I don't see any past promotional credits there.
I don't get the e-mails associated with the Amazon account I use - it's a student account and the "student" gets the e-mails.
My feeling is it will be like you returned an item and shows a credit available on your next purchase
When I go to my order it shows a tracking #, expected arrival 4/22 - but states hasn't been shipped and I won't be charged until it ships - I have been charged and not a pending charge.
I tried to cancel - but states unable to cancel being processed for shipping.
