1) they've actively blocked homebridge to prevent being used with HomeKit
2) they stopped selling the HomeKit adapter/bridge for their existing Smart Openers
3) their retrofit transmitter/sensor also doesn't work with HomeKit
Pretty lame and short-sighted and lost any goodwill with me. I would've considered their smart camera if it worked with HomeKit/homebridge/anything else. But Will def avoid chamberlain family products in the future

I was able to swap out my old openers with these pretty easily (old ones were chain drive). I'm not too handy (I'm more geeky and good with computer stuff), but they seem to be working well. I do remember having to set the up and down stop locations, even though the install instructions said you shouldn't have to. Struggled with that for a while (thought it was a different issue, but once I set the stop locations, it worked great!).
Glad they have battery backup, but I haven't needed it yet.

Amazon aggregates ratings across all of Chamberlain's products, a deceitful business practice. Also, ratings are not reviews. Here's the filtered list by this particular model #B2215T:

Bypass their online crap and install a third party controller like Trailwinds or Meross.
Also you should consider the direct drive models that install on the end of the axis they're awesome, super quiet and easier to install (but more money)

Never buying a MyQ/Chamberlain product again.
The MyQ app still works, ... sort of ...
About half an hour after the door opens, I get a notification on my phone...
$189 on sale THD
$40 extension
$130 install each from THD
I paid more for a "smart" garage opener and they took away all the features, turned it into a basic opener, and bricked all the accessories.
Never getting another chamberlain
While they did remove 3rd party connections. You can use the myq app for free. I have multiple properties that i use the app to control.
Then just 20 to 30 minutes to install.
This, I mainly use the myq app, even though I do have it connected to my smartthings using extra sensors. I even have it connected with iftt, but still just open the myq app.
