I would suggest something more natural like cotton, wool, anything natural even hemp. They're expensive yes. But more comfortable and safe for you and your family.
It's what you sleep on 365 days a year.
Last foam pillow was supposed to be from Japan and cost 40 dollars. Reeked of chemical stink and gave everyone headaches.

I have news for you. A bulk part of the world (not China though) is a lot better at outlawing chemicals and hazardous items from everyday products, including and especially foods.
Out here in our good old USA, our FDA has been deliberately kneecapped to let our manufacturers put anything and everything in our foods.
If you're worried about your pillows and bedding, wake up and smell the foods we eat everyday, pal.
