Don't use it until you get a worthwhile coupon. Easier said than done if you want food delivered though. Helps if you're in a multi-person household. We have two accounts and only use the one with a coupon. If no coupon then usually we pass. Helps keep the coupons flowing.

Uber is garbage
Charged us $50 for a cleaning fee after a ride, no reason. Denied appeal. Never riding them again.
Uber eats is garbage
Had so many orders late and wrong

excellent customer service from lyft and doordash

Unlike DD and GH for UE its the bogo and spend $20 get $10 off deals at specific stores...

Agreed. There is a deal right now with the restaurant in my building that is doing this and a $60 order is $20 delivered or $25 to pickup. Lol.

There were a lot more coupons in previous years (including last year), when it was looking for more growth in the segment. Generally, coupons are given out to make segment revenue numbers. It's a bit of an accounting game, where the coupons will make you order more, and the revenue derived from the order will flow through to revenue while the discount itself will be line-itemed into the marketing expense on their financial statements. In the craze for growth, making top-line numbers is paramount for earnings. Right now, it's trading at 4x sales (higher in the past as a younger company), so theoretically, every dollar they can increase by top-line would necessarily increase their market cap by a multiple of that. It's a game that a lot of companies play. Even in the past, you'd see yourself get lit up by coupons closer to their quarter end (Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec), most likely to help them make segment revenue sales targets. For whatever reason (more mature company? success in driving other channels? more focus on net margins? smaller marginal increase/conversions from coupons?), they don't need that as much anymore. Yes, I miss the coupons too!

Thank you. Was able to purchase $1100. First order for 3 physical (pressed the + in cart) and 1 of each digital. Second order was 3 of each digital (added each digital card one by one). Wasn't sure if the second order was going to go through and was just playing around and it went through.
