I bought them about a month ago and returned two pairs for being the wrong size. I typically wear an 11.5 or 12, but I had to go to 11 in these.

It's not adding any size to cart/bag originally. Click item, then click size and it will go from light gray to black so you can add to cart.

I would bet this is because Cole Haan's sizing runs about 1/2 size too large, as opposed to their quality being poor. I normally wear a 10 but have to get 9.5 for Cole Haan shoes.
How do you order quarter size down? I am 9.5 and there is no 9.25!

That is a much better deal. I had both original grand and Zero grand knit oxford's and have only repurchased the Zero grands (in other trims). Lighter shoe, more flexible sole and all around better construction. I get compliments on the knit oxfords all the time…
