In case nobody mentions here, someone has another post saying a Costco store in CA starts their TV clearance from yesterday and has LG C3 for 800 with 2 or 5 years warranty. If you are still hunting for a TV, watch for these wholesale clubs this week and next week. Good luck!

I can confirm my target price adjusted. I bought my 55" for $1049.99 on the 16th of April. Today I went and asked if I could get a price adjustment for $749.99 and they did !!! They did a return for the old one and they just had me buy it at the new price. I did have my tv boxed up and ready for return if they said no.

Is there any likelihood of a new clearance tomorrow (04/30)? What could be the motivation for a new clearance when they just concluded one last week? Can Target have more C3's in their warehouse or something?

I asked and they said they would look, luckily, They had 1 left that wasn't in the system in the back. I showed them the receipt and told them my cousin had purchased in his state due to staggered stock and impending extra clearance. The manager was super nice and after a bit of back and forth agreed, especially after I said I'd just be bringing it back for the additional clearance. 🤷🏼 I guess I got lucky.

Or did they process it as a return and purchased at lower price?

No I hadn't bought it yet, I went to two targets. First one I found the last nib 55" for 749.99 so I bought it, and had to go home to get my wife's SUV. Decided to go to another target first and found that they had 1 65" left they didn't even have in the system and told me I was lucky as it would show oos in the system if anyone looked. At this point the guy on here had texted me his receipt and I got a manager and made up some B's story about it being staggered inventory and the impending extra clearance. He acknowledged it and said I'll do it for you since we are trying to get them out ... Thanked him a few times and purchased. I definitely got lucky. The other manager told me to come back when/if that impending sale hits and he will price adjust the 55" for me.... It's definitely ymmv, and I guess I got two really nice managers.

I already have a 65" c3 I got at Sam's club in November for 849.99, thought that was a crazy deal, but this definitely tops it by a long shot ... Been using it everyday and the os and picture is top notch, no complaints. Been looking for a 48" for a good deal for my bedroom, but glad I held out cause this 55" will be perfect....will probably gift the 65" to my parents. Already have a 77" CX in the basement.
