why would you buy this trash? they are absolute dogs**t. they are large, have low output (that means your saw/drill/impact will be weaker with this battery on it), and low capacity. these are the triple crown of trash.

you can find 5ah XR batteries for like $50-$55 each all day, every day

here is a 2-pack of 5ah XR batteries, bundled with a 4amp 2-stage charger and carrying bag for $118 https://tools.woot.com/offers/dew...nt_wp_0_13. there is a cashback website that's giving $15 back on these right now. but i'm not allowed to name the website here. will make the price about $100

At retail new with warranty etc not a terrible price but overall probably not a deal I'd jump on. Cons are size vs run time (4 and 5ah are basically the same size and you can get 3 and 4ah slims). Also instantaneous/watts output, despite being a 10 cell 18650 pack, is probably worse than the 5x 21700 based "slim" 3ah which I'm pretty sure has been near this price a number of times.

Outdated tech, honestly idk why they even make these large 3.0s and put the effort into making the new look but same giant size. They probably pay next to nothing for these 1500mah cells and make a killing including them in kits
