This is one of those bars that are much better than the list of ingredient would make one believe. I'd never tried one before a friend gave me a taste of her Blizzard made with one. OMG! I was sold from that point on. Chopped topping or mixed into ice cream is great. Plain from the wrapper is good too.

Quote from GabbysBL :
Is there any reason be concerned over the use of the word "chocolatey" instead of them actually calling it chocolate? I know there are many industry standards in food products that prohibits companies from calling something by a specific name if it doesn't meet the standard for that product. Some examples that come to mind are cheese and ice cream. Seems like they usually get a little dicey with the names when they don't meet the standard. You start seeing words like "cheesy" or "cheese product" or, in the case of ice cream that doesn't meet the standard due to not having the minimum standard of cream, "Ice Milk". Is this a case of Hershey's watering down the chocolate standard for bigger profits? Or could they be warming us up to seeing the term "chocolatey" so they can slip in the big substitution at some point in the future? I know chocolate manufacturers have been lobbying to replace cocoa butter with cheaper fats and I believe cocoa butter is a requirement for it to be called chocolate.

It has to have a certain cocoa percentage to be called chocolate. The percentage needed to be able to label as milk chocolate is already laughably low (probably because of lobbying from food manufacturers). They would have called it that if they could have so it's safe to assume it's even less than that. Ingredients have chocolate as less than 2% on this, coating maybe makes up 1/5 of the total weight so I'd assume it's something like 10% cocoa content in the "chocolatey coating" and the rest is more sugar and stabilizers. Profits are far more important to them than your health, don't forget it.
