I had played this on xbox 360 back in the day. It was way ahead of it's time Graphics wise and I just bought this a month ago but this time one for PC, they did some graphical update, it looks like it was made just in recent years. No matter how bad you are in gaming, you can't lose easily in this game though some bosses are tricky at times but can be defeated easily without having to look for youtube or online guides.
It just sounds unintelligent and lazy. Frequent language... Not bothered by it in its entirety. For example, I dislike dialogue in helldivers 2. They just say "for freedom" and "for democracy" over and over and over. It's like the producers had CNN on in the background as they made this ... It's lazy and annoying. Nothing offensive about it. Games haven't been able to produce catch phrases like they used to. Good ol Duke nukem. Mortal combat. Even Link's fairy in zelda. They all have sound clips that are unforgettable in a good way.

I made an incorrect assumption, great response btw

Sometimes vulgarity suits the situation though. Gotta love having the 4th graders cussing up a storm in south park... But $2.80 I'll deal w bad dialogue for good game play! Some games get ruined by it. E.g. the new Pokemon. It just makes you miss how Gary was a real jerk 😅

There's still good catchphrases. People love the Helldivers 2 dialogue. I always see people quoting it.
And people hated Navi in Zelda. I think most would say it's unforgettable in a bad way. Lol

I've yet to hear any good quotes from helldivers 2 and no one say anything aside from mockery. Navi is a staple. It's goes as far as furries and whatnot even using it in conversation unfortunately. I doubt there will be collectables for it either. You can find all sorts of zelda memorabilia everywhere let alone behind those twitch streamers in their rooms. As far as helldivers goes. I didn't even know they had a 1st game
Yea, the open world idea was a great. Unfortunately everything else was corny. I didn't play the other ones since a Nintendo DS one that i cant recall. But there was never dialogue as bad as the scarlet game

Even if your assumption was correct, you don't have to be disrespectful. I curse like a sailor (Marine), but I can respect my inlaws not wanting to hear me say c**t or asshat all the time.

We see how discriminating against Christians you are. It's not just Christians that try to discipline themselves into using better adjectives. But I guess you have a chip on your shoulder for Jesus followers. God bless your heart.

That's disappointing. Sounds kind of lame. But the gameplay looks fun.

The combat and platforming still look fine/fun . Some tedious elements, but nothing to turn me off from playing it now
