These paddles are new but apparently got kicked off first quality at production because of blurred graphics or other cosmetic only flaws. Huge savings on all models compared to full price of same models and Free Shipping over $99.00
Tennis player and current pickleball player here. I started with the Selkirk pro air invikta. But that's like gen 1 technology. If you have a long stroke, stay away from power paddles such as the gearbox pro power, joola gen 3. Paddle of the year for 2023 was the double black diamond from six zero and I absolutely loved the control and power on that paddle. If paddles have options such as 14mm and 16mm, it just means one is geared more towards control (16mm) and the other is more thin thus allowing for more pop (14mm).
If you're new and still experimenting, the best budget paddles out there are the vatic pro, and Friday paddles. The quality and performance meet today's play with a cheap pricing point to match.
Thumbs up for pickleball deals! Looks like some good deals too. Thanks OP!

Couldn't agree more. I have been playing competitively for the past year ~10+ hours/week and still the 16mm Vatic pro flash is my favorite paddle. I like the Selkirk Luxx a lot as well but it's hard to justify that price when it's not that much better imo.
In response to people talking about $10 Amazon/Marshalls paddles - there's really a massive difference and I think it's much easier to learn with even a decent paddle. This game is largely about learning how to control soft shots over the net and it's really hard to do that with a cheap paddle that the ball really pops off of.

Agreed. Carbon fiber makes a difference. I prefer control over power shots. 14mm for light weight.
Friday is not bad spec-wise if you want colors, around $50ish each DM me if you want a coupon code (more on Amazon). There are also paddles that are pretty similar specs on Amazon if you're good with plain black. Carbon face, foam edge, thermoformed, on the thick side (16mm).
