But these pre-workouts do work, and they do get you jazzed up to go do things. So if you want, at this price, I'd give it a try. I do recommend taking a half dose though for a while to get used to it. A full dose if you're not expecting it can be... weird feeling, to say the least.

Thanks for the biased opinion with zero to back it up your claim
DO. NOT. BUY. PROP. BLENDS.
If you're unaware of what that is, look at the Supplement Facts for this product. See something that says "C4 Sport Performance Blend?" 3.181 grams TOTAL of:
Beta Alanine
L-Arginine
Creatine
Sodium Citrate
Magnesium Chloride
Dipotassium Phosphate
You don't know exactly how much of those 6 things are going into your body. If you're going to get into supplements, buy products where the ingredients are stated clearly on the label.
Yes. Preworkout is preworkout. It's got all the good stuff, caffeine, taurine, beta alanine, branch chain amino acids creatine, everything else is a bonus.

They gave you thumbs down but you're not wrong.
"Preworkout is preworkout" nah that isn't true. And there's no need for creatine and branch Amino acids in your preworkout. You are getting less bang for your buck. If you want creatine, buy it in bulk and take 3 to 5 g a day. Don't rely on a questionable amount in your pre. And branch Amino acids, arguably useless you are a fringe case. Maybe if you're an elite athlete. Either way it's a waste of space in your preworkout.

I've tried I don't know how many preworkouts at this point and have learned a lot. I wish someone said something to me about all the games these supplement companies play.

This is completely different from coffee ☕

And they gave me thumbs down for even getting involved lol.
People should be looking to the ingredient list, furthermore know what to look for as far effective amounts of each named ingredient. As you said they should get away with proprietary blends where they can name a number of ingredients and slap on a total weight rather than itemizing them.
And I'm advocating for staying away from the unnecessary ingredients that make it into the cheaper formulas as they tend to pad the scoops and the total weight of the product. Stuff like creatine, amino acids and b-vitamins in your formula might sound like a good idea until you do some digging.
99.99% of people just want the cheap energy, not the vitamins.
That said, supplementhunt website is where it's at for all supps
Preworkout is absolutely just preworkout. Just about every single person wants an energy boost. Buy your pre based on caffeine content. Other shit like guarana, or that stuff that makes you itch lmao, ain't gonna make a big impact. I drink it for the energy and flavor. If you want just caffeine, caffeine tabs are dirt cheap and coffee is probably next in line.
I would argue people also want their moneys worth and don't want filler items. Once you go down the rabbit hole you realize there are differences and you want to know what you're putting in your body. I keep Cuban coffee, green and black tea, and preworkout in the house. I'm telling you they are not equal lmao. That said I have a good idea of what I'm getting into with whatever I reach for.

Cool. So you prove my point. This preworkout includes 200% the DV of a B-vitamin that you could order in another form for cheap from the website you mentioned or whoever your trusted vitamin source is
