Does this specifically say beach camera? Because it's usually not guaranteed and GT "shops" your deal to a list of dealers and yes BC is a usual dealer, but never guaranteed IIRC
You're right, it's not guaranteed to be Beach Camera, but all the distributors they deal with are about the same as Beach Camera in terms of customer service and delivery. The only big difference is buying direct through BC via Walmart might get you the TV quicker as the turnaround time for GT to get your order through to a distributor like BC sometimes takes two business days. But I'd still do that to save $100 in tax.
Pit in for 2850 nad you might have a chance. I got the 65" G3 for $1900 about a week after the beach camera deal. Which was of course accepted by...beach camera. Still a great deal without having to get a cc for no tax.

No, put in $2850, $50 more. You'll still save a bunch in tax. And you don't need a separate warranty with an included 5 year panel warranty from LG.

In that case you don't have to put in an offer at all and hope they bite, they have it for sale right now for $2850.
Google this tv and GT and you will see a GT page that has this TV with a "buy now" price. Yeah, I don't understand why I can't find this page when searching for this TV on their website or app, have to Google to find it.
That's what I did....wait I put 1850, lol. when I put in 2850 though the meter is right in the middle though.
