- At the Review and Pay step of checkout, click 'Redeem a gift card or bonus card' under Payment Options, enter both the number and the PIN from your bonus card or email, then click 'Redeem card'
- REI Stores
- Give the cashier your bonus card, show a printout of your emailed bonus card, or show it from your phone.

Same, contacted support, says "still processing, should arrive by the end of day", not sure how accurate that is.

Go to web browser. I did this yesterday successfully. Their app doesn't show any of my gc's.
But with this gift card deal you will be buying a full price item so you'll get an additional 10% back next year. With the anniversary sale the item will be discounted so it won't count toward dividend, right?
The problem is sometimes it doesn't apply to the item you want.
Mine keeps saying there's an error applying the bonus card.
