I added a jp account to my PS5 and successfully downloaded the game. Not sure how to share it. Console game sharing is enabled but when I change to my normal profile it is asking me to purchase the game (says view product). What's wrong here?

IT WORKED! It just wasnt finished downloading..once it finished I was able to play it from my own profile immediately. BIG THANKS!

Loved this game! Need to go back and play NG+ but keep getting distracted by Gamepass games on the Series X.

Is this not something where you can use a VPN to activate a JP key, like you can with keys from Argentina, Turkey, etc? I've done that many times with Xbox keys

No VPN needed.

Just choose Japan when you set up the new account.

Bro you're a legend, any idea if other games are this cheap in Japan? I tried to search on eneba but didn't get any other deal apart from Spiderman 2

Yes. That is what I did.

I wish however, that I had first tried to activate the code on my US account through the app.

It might not have worked, but when I tried some hours afterwards, it at least recognized the code was used already and didn't complain about it being from a different region. You could get 250 ps stars through the PS app potentially as there are 2 days or so left.
