Do you have a link to the data sheet? I'm looking to see which are quietest for a future build.

On the newegg "overview" tab if you scroll down to "documents" I found this pdf link which appears to have the specs for this 5400 rpm model

.. at the risk of igniting the CMR vs SMR debate again these are supposed to be CMR drives which in theory are more reliable than SMR (again there's a HUGE debate about this with a lot of people arguing SMR is just as good and cheaper .. being the paranoid sort I've opted for CMR myself but I respect the pro-SMR arguments of course too )
...with the seagate firecuda on sale I ordered from newegg however I was dismayed to see a corner of the cardboard box crushed and the bubble wrap in that area totally deflated presumably from the impact.. plugged it into my motherboard anyways and sure enough there was a horrible sound from the hard drive, promptly unplugged it (in hindsight probably should have tried it in a sata enclosure much less risky) and had no problems getting newegg to pay for the cost to ship it back to them and no problems getting newegg to mail out a replacement drive (guessing newegg just takes this sort of thing in stride given their cheap packaging methods) which worked no problem and is still working great one year later as is the exos drive from newegg.
In short I'd argue newegg's deals are too good not to take a gamble on but definitely test any hardware , drives included, from them as soon as it arrives in the mail to make sure everything is running okay.
I've mentioned external enclosures for hard drives a few times.. here's an example one, not necessarily saying it's the best pick but just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about
