I highly recommend checking out Dr. Berg on Youtube & Instagram.
"Doctors are a scam", but watch a Dr on YT recommended by a person on the internet. Dr Berg is NOT an MD, but a chiropractor. Thanks, but no thanks.
Dr. Berg started as a chiropractor and then shifted away from that into the field of proper and legitimate health care and education... all of which he shares for free! He only has nearly 12 million subscribers so he can't possibly know what he's talking about, right?
EDIT: It's also funny how you conveniently subquoted me and omitted everything I said exactly. Selective much?
I was able to get 4 bottles of B12 for $15 and change. That's enough for the rest of the year.

Do your research, read case studies, and follow the truth!
I highly recommend checking out Dr. Berg on Youtube & Instagram. He specializes in health education and promotes the consumption of the right and best kinds of whole foods (among other things), ALL FOR FREE!
Stay healthy and well, Everyone!
Dr. Berg is an idiot. Don't be so naive.
I've practiced everything he's taught me and have never felt better, so I guess I am naive for believing an "idiot." 😂
You realize he's a chiropractor, not a medical doctor. He's also a scientologist lol. Even his son publicly calls him a quack.
You're not paying attention. You don't have to be an MD to know about health care. He shares the peer reviewed research that falsifies everything the media and general society wants us to believe about what to eat and avoid eating to achieve genuine and sustainable health. He even practices the findings too, and then passes the knowledge on to us!
Verify it yourself and give his advice a try and see how it treats you.
Oh My, There is Cyanide in B12 Supplements. Really. The amount of cyanide in B12 supplements isn't a cause for concern. The real concern is misleading pseudoexperts.

I am not sure if i should trust my doctor as their main interest seems to be pushing as many drugs as possible
