Not necessary. That's why people are down voting you. Your not referring to a niche prebuilt here... You are referring to a major manufacturer. Dell, Intel and Nvidia make great products. So does AMD. Microsoft also has a ton of success and efficacy. Yes ME was terrible lol. As many old instances of other OS types have been. You don't feel or see it as much because Microsoft held, and holds majority. Anyways, all of your gripes are not really appropriate here and that's what people were conveying with their jokes/jabs. Good luck to you though. Seriously, I encourage everyone, find a good therapist.
Edit* I should also say, I hate Dell lol. But this is a pretty good unit and their major problems, still apply to a minority. It's just shitty to use proprietary psu, mobo, poorly outsourced support etc.
Yeah no.. I think we all understood that was your opinion and what you are referring too lol.

Okay, for real, the Linux jab was lame, but the therapy advice is spot on. I doubt anyone had trouble understanding your childish tantrum, but it is funny that you automatically assume that people who didn't like your comment just didn't understand.

There's always one...
See, kids, this right here is why you don't get your computer science degree from LinusTechTips.

Yeah I'm really conflicted here. At 3499 vs something like the Corsair Vengeance at 3999, I'd say pay the premium to get non proprietary parts. But this price is so good, and the reviews of the R16 thermals are so improved, at this point I'm totally not sure anymore.
I've gotten burned by my last two attempts to DIY and ended up spending extra time and money buying an extra CPU/GPU/mobo just to prove which component needed to be RMA'ed. If I spend any more time on the build itself, I don't know when I'll actually game on it.
32 or 64?
I've got a refurbished Xeom workstation PC with 128 GB RAM running my VMs

The AIO is a minor issue compared to limited inefficient voltage regulator requirements of i9 CPU.
Okay generalizations aside: the reviews of this R16 in particular show pretty decent temps, noise, and not a lot of evidence of throttling on the CPU. I would agree with you about the previous XPS front page deal or even the R15 but I don't see anything wrong with the R16 supported by data.
Also, that 10% off dell coupon....perhaps it would work too. (from the Aurora thread).
Hmmmm
All that said, I haven't kept up with a lot of the latest, just headlines, meaning I only know enough to be dangerous vs helpful. So if I got any of this wrong, please correct me.
