Bottlenecking is complicated and highly dependent by game and settings. At 1080p, in some games this pair might bottleneck at the CPU. In a large majority of situations, this will still be a GPU bottleneck. Most builds in this price range have a 4060/4060 ti and this rig will outperform those regardless of the CPU they include. Just my take.
13400F is fine for gaming its 10 cores 6P+4E similar performance to 12600K
Why are people comparing this to an iPad?

Roughly what the parts cost by themselves. Pretty good deal for those looking for a prebuilt.
But of course, you should probably wait for the new iPad. It has an M4 which is bigger than 1 in the 1TB NVMe. And bigger number better folks.
I agree. I parted it out on PCPP with the same or similar specs but as cheap as I could find parts and came up with this prebuilt being roughly $30 cheaper before the inclusion of windows.
Since I needed a new PC and don't have the time to build a new one right now, it was a good deal for me.
