I would say if you like a very crunchy cereal, that doesn't change texture at all in milk, and need 20g of protein per 180 kcals, this is the stuff for you.
For anyone who cares, here are my favorite low-ish calorie high protein cereals, most of which are also low carb. All of which are stupidly expensive:
Magic Spoon - Fruity
38 gram serving - 150 cals - 13g protein - 4g net carbs
Catalina Crunch - Cinnamon Toast
36 gram serving - 110 cals - 11g protein - 5g net carbs
Special K - Zero - Cinnamon
36 gram serving - 150 cals - 18g protein - 5g net carbs
Mouth Off - Fruity
39 gram serving - 170 cals - 22g protein - 1g net carbs
Ghost - Protein Cereal with Marshmallows (not low carb)
41 gram serving - 170 cals - 17g protein - 15g net carbs

9 ounces on the other hand is not very much at all. The normal size box I get from Walmart is 11oz and it's like maybe 3-4 bowls worth.
