This is an actual baked mix of dates/egg whites/almonds.
Think of it as the highest protein to lowest calorie nature bar with all natural ingredients.
I live off protein bars, having one a day that isnt full of so much synthetic stuff and gets the bulk of its protein from actual egg whites is good.
If youre interested Aldis has a version of these now, they have a blueberry muffin flavor thats almost always sold out but is really good (200 cals 12g protein) along with choco sea salt and choco peanut butter

I have been enjoying the box I bought. They are chewy and take a while to eat, but I actually find that helps make them more satisfying. Small bites and chewing thoroughly make them seem a lot more substantial than they are for a snack.
It's definitely not something to try to choke down quickly.
