FYI you are stuck between one of your two original sauces for your refills.
I'm a big eater but would still rate this as not a great deal
IMO the real 'hack' at BWW is their 10 bone-in lunch that's like $13 which comes with fries and a drink. You can usually stack their Reward on it as well such as point multipliers and other discounts. Right now, if you use the code GOWINGS, you can get a free 6 bone-in just from a $10 min and I imagine 16 wings + fries is enough to fill most people up for a lunch.
Just call them nuggets!!

how exactly would you use the promocode for dine in?
They're not nuggets. They're fried and breaded chunks of chicken breast. Most nuggets are processed and formed. These are a higher quality meat than those and traditional wings.
Yes as you say, chicken breast. A wing is not a breast is it? And I've seen places used mechanically separated chicken and call them wings because it's alright to do so as long as they are nugget shaped. So no, quality has nothing to do with it, it's where the meat came from that should be the factor here.

15 wings is $17.99 where I am. I have never eaten 15 wings. McDonald's fries are about $2 dollars. I would never eat that volume of unhealthy food.
For this to be a deal you would not only have to eat 15 wings plus fries. You would have to eat substantially more to make it worthwhile.

I think about 15 would be my limit and I would have saved like what a few bucks at most. I can get full on far less money.
Won't be returning anytime soon and this deal is not the worst but for people with kids, its a pass.

The fries are filler. Don't eat the fries. Focus on the wings!!!
Boneless wings are a scourge upon this country.
