You're supposed to sign up for one of the offers, so I clicked on one and filled out info and then skipped CC payment. Went back and followed the path 'till I came to an offer I couldn't skip. Just clicked off and figured it was a waste of time, but w/in a few minutes 31 SBs credited.
You didn't really have to sign up for any offers. It credited by filling out the first page (email address) and the 2nd (name and other info)
Also there is another one "do you shop with Visa" that probably works the same way. I haven't tried it.

Shortly after I complained to SD, survey with the international creamer survey again but with 4 numbers in front heading showed up. So I thought they were trying to fix the problem. I did it. The survey was shorter. It said congratulations and then 503 service unavailable (or some kind of error again)
I got two replies from sd and they said they can't do anything since it is the problem from the survey companies.
So beware of the International creamy if you get the credit.
by the way, I got a lousy survey which I opened and then closed right away. Then I check my survey list, there it comes the 503 service unavailable again.

If the problem is coming from various survey companies and several of us are experiencing it, the problem IMO is with Swagbucks.

I keep having the problem of the letters not showing up (not every time). I contacted them and offered to send a screenshot. They said they "tested" it and it appeared fine. They gave me three points for my trouble... woohoo... Unfortunately, their little test did not resolve the problem. It's still happening. I'm going to contact them again but wasn't sure what to say. Any advice would be appreciated.
