Hi - thanks for letting us know. Are you on iOS or Android? What version of the app are you on? If you haven't already, you may want to delete the version you are currently on and download the latest from the Apple App store or Google Play store. Let us know if you are still having an issue.

iOS 26. Issue persists after reinstall and updates to 6.12.1
