copy/paste code not working

I am no longer able to copy a code for discounts by finger press. I have re-started the app, re-started the iPad, deleted and re-downloaded the app, signed in, with no luck. I used to be able to finger press on the code, copy and then paste when needed. This is the only app I am having trouble with. Ideas?
