Its a legit site. I've bought many items from them. They ship fast. Havnt used their customer service, never needed to so far.

My customer service experience with them was abysmal. They completely messed up, admitted it was their fault (it obviously was), but it still took months for them to make it right. They did in the end though.

Not working. Too bad as I have one of these and it's great, being able to take out the batteries and move things around separately makes all of it easy to manage, and it gets good efficiency too.
