Some customers have reported that Sennheiser has not honored warranties for products bought from Woot, claiming the list of authorized dealers was outdated.
It is new, however, so if you really want to save a bit more, you can treat it as if you were buying the open box excellent from bestbuy since they are around the same price and this is new, but warranty is not guaranteed.
