I thought USB-C (non-PD) charges at 15W. PD of 40W would give an extra 5 watts (to make 20W) on each USB-C port, which would give 40W total. The 20W PD just does not make sense to me because then you would only be getting 10W instead of 15W (non-PD) per port. Please help clear up my confusion. Is the 20W per USB-C PD on top of the non-PD delivery (delivering 35W total per port)? Thanks in advance.
