I was figuring if I got a turd in the mail, I would flip it for a $5 Blu-ray coupon at Best Buy unitl I saw kea2525's suggestion to trade it in at Amazon [amazon.com] where ol' Lumpy is worth $7.50 in new condition. (If you search on the title or the UPC it comes up $5.90, but if you search on the ISBN, 0-7888-5913-7, it comes up the higher value.)
ETA: Pooh's Heffalump Movie DVD is in Amazon's catalog with two different ASINs, B00080Z6Q0 [amazon.com] (lower trade-in value) and 0788859137 [amazon.com] (higher trade-in value).

I got the heffalump movie and she sent me a code for 75 points no questions asked.
Messaged the page about the heffalump, asked for Penny, and received a response saying that I should contact someone about the issue through the DMR site

My wife and I both have DMR accounts and we both got the Heffalump movie. Got High School Musical 2 last time.
I was figuring if I got a turd in the mail, I would flip it for a $5 Blu-ray coupon at Best Buy unitl I saw kea2525's suggestion to trade it in at Amazon [amazon.com] where ol' Lumpy is worth $7.50 in new condition. Thanks for the tip about getting the higher trade-in value. I locked in $7.50 for each.
It is currently $7.50. That could change at anytime though.
It also states that they can give you more then the said amount if they find that you sent under the wrong ibm code.
