When I logged in, there was an option for online or instore. I clicked on online first, wrote down the code/pin, then did instore and printed it. HTH

Looks like they have a couple of version of the coupon---one with the option of using it online with code: FLIPIT and a unique cert. # & printing it to use INStore, and the other is for use INStore only.a couple of ladies here didn't get the one with online version either.

Do you think if I use my free shipping on my regular acct with the pin that I will get charged shipping since it isn't the acct I used to get the free shipping pin? TIA

No. There's no indication that it's tied to a specific email address. VS can track which codes you've used, limit which codes combine and restrict codes to specific items, but they haven't been able to make codes only available to a specific account. The only time I recall them doing this is when they offered free shipping for the rest of the year to a select few customers. If you weren't on the list, the system wouldn't accept the code.
