Now that I can relate to, and the picture is adorable laugh out loud

Hydrate yourself, in the heat the worst you can do to yourself is not hydrate yourself enough if you have migraines. That and eat something, if you have trouble keeping anything down; saltine crackers is the answer to this. Take it from someone who lived in a world of darkness for years, until it was brought under some type of control Hug2

And ice cream. Lots of calories, cools you down, and is easier to eat than anything heavy. I've found soft serve to be the best for this.

I'm on meds for it. They aren't bad the rest of the year.

Comfort I get migraines a lot so I feel your pain. It has been in the 80's past few days here. I'm on bed rest right now so I can't do much either.
