Me and the GF started watching Kitchen Nightmares first, then started watching Hell's Kitchen last season. It's a fun show. As long as you don't mind that it's going to follow a specific formula every time (i.e. contestants screw up, Ramsey calls them stupid donkeys), then it's a huge guilty pleasure. Plus watching it got me into the more serious but still fun Top Chef. I rooted for Louross last year. Plus, Bobby, and Shayna are from Buffalo, and I got to meet him at last years Taste of Buffalo

I enjoy watching the Kitchen Nightmares show - it's interesting to see how incompetent some people who are trying to run restaurants are. laugh out loud

I always have something when HK is on. I have to wait 20 minutes or so until KN is past the disgusting parts of the show. Sometimes when they show the kitchens it makes me wanna vomit
