oh wow. That's insane.

I had a good cashier at one store that became a friend so to speak. She told me her schedule and when she works. Then the LOD at my old fave moolah store gave me her cell number. We still text each other on occasion.

I need to plan some meals for this fun, fun diet. I'm trying to convince myself that I want to start with a 2 or 3 day liquid fast. The first time I did it my doctor actually suggested it. Not only do you get rid of that over full bloaty feeling (and you get pretty cleaned out) but it also serves as reminder what being hungry feels like. Real hungry, not that "oh, I need something to eat" or "that looks/sounds good". Kind of jump starting the retraining to eat as a need not a hobby.

Oh, and that's clear, basically no calorie liquids. Malts are not allowed. Dammit

On 9/11, I was sitting on my couch with a 39 week pregnancy in my lap. DH had called and told me to turn it to CNN right before the 2nd plane hit. I was soooo hormonal anyway but I didn't shut the tv off for days - I just sat and watched them looking for people and cried and cried. Now, because of that, I hardly ever watch it.

Man, I miss cigarettes. Went from at least two packs a day to none.

It will be 3 years (I think, could be 4) sometime between the 1 and 6th of next Month. I know it was in October but before my birthday (the 6th).

Went to Walmart tonight to use Gain and Ball/Kerr coupons....my cashier was sooooooo slow. He finally gets my stuff rung up and I hand him my stack of q's and he kind of looks at them then looks back up at me and says (*with all stinking seriousness*) 'Did you want to use *all* of these??'

You know how people always say, "ohhhhh, you will feel so much better if you quit"? Well, they are all a bunch lieing bastards. Since I quit smoking I have never felt worse in my entire life. Seriously. The only "better" that I do have to admit is that I don't cough at all anymore and haven't had any chest congestion.

OK, I have to share how dirty minded my DH is. We were trolling the bath aisle looking for good swag when he spots a plunger and promptly gets the giggles. He's all red and can't speak, just points at the object in question. I can see the source of his amusement. This plunger has a clear plastic handle, and a ribbed top. Totally looks like a dildo. Asked if I wanted this...umm..NO! Not with a 2 foot handle. Search for this yourself and see if he's not right. What is T thinking? On another note, I tried to use the adult denim q on shorts, and was told they were not clothing. WTF?
