 AMC's The Walking Dead [Spoilers!] For a show on a non premium cable channel, I thought it was very good. I never read the comic, so I don't know how it compares, but I'll be watching every Sunday. pisses me off that I don't get AMC in HD though.

I recorded it last night and will watch it this week. How was the production/direction and everything? Just from the previews I was impressed.

Watched it last night, production quality on that show is fantastic. Great story and awesome show. I can't wait til next week.

Can't wait to watch it. I've never seen/read the comic book but I'm hearing that the show was great. AMC rules.

Wish they didn't reveal in the first episode that his family was still alive. Also was hoping to get more backstory on the outbreak right away. Overall a very good premiere though.

read the comic a few years ago but gave up waiting for new issues.. caught the pilot online n it didn't disappoint. doubt the show will live up to the comic further into the storyline though since there were a LOT of Rated-R/NC-17 scenes and AMC is no HBO.
