IDK what type of files a nook reads, do you? I can tell you if you tell me the file types it accepts.

I think it sounds good too! I just need to find the "5 spice" here in my town Wink

Ehhh, I am both. I am Team Jacob on looks bc come on, he is Licklips In fact, I said I would go to jail for 'do' him. EEK! J/K of course. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) But as far as the romance, I am so Team Edward. I think the way he feels about her is something everyone wants. Its even more evident when you read Midnight Sun! heart
Nook works with plain text (.txt), .pdf, .epub and eReader (.pdb). Does that make sense? I'm new to the Reader world... Confused

Just in case anyone else was wondering what 5 spices were included in "5 Spice [wikipedia.org]".

I really need to read Midnight Sun... Guess I know what I'll be doing tonight. Wink

For those of you who only have 1 pack of TP left... Wink Kmart has a deal on Scott.

Scott Bath Tissue 8-12 pack $5.50
Get a $10 coupon wyb $30 or get a $5 coupon wyb $20 on participating products
- $1 MFQ (1/16/11 SS)
- $2/2 printable [scottbrand.com]

Buy 6 packs and use (4) $1 coupons and (1) $2/2 coupon = $27
- $10 coupon wyb $30
= $2.83 ea

Thanks for this info. I wonder if homeschoolers are considered "star teachers".

ETA: pretty much like a coupon train if you've heard of those? SD doesn't seem to have coupon trains really like some other sites I've seen Wink
Haven't seen 'em on SD... but iffin you'd want to join one... Whistling

Though, I guess with the trading that most folks are able to do here - you really don't have need for one.

Ya'll can't make me read Twilight. Nono

I've only used the cafe q on the popcorn combo and it auto'd. I did have one chick refuse a 2nd q when I got the combo + an extra drink. I didn't argue. Somedays it's just not worth the air for .50.

Okay - so I printed the evenflo exersaucer coupon from T.com - it's an MQ (not sure if it's still there), but ever since i printed it, I've been looking in the stores for the dumb thing. I have not found it at any of my target stores yet. Why do they offer a q for an item that isn't in the store???

I'm team both, Edward and Jacob! As Ariel said they both have their unique characteristics, and are worthy!

Ank will be reading the saga soon, I predict! Teehee

I think I want in on the K-cup train, I'd like to try some different flavors. I'm excited to get my order tomorrow that has Butter Toffee and Wolfgang Puck's Blend. Too bad Fedex probably won't bring it before I wake up, so I'll have to have my regular for my wake up cup.

If anyone belongs to Office Depot Worklife Rewards - or Star Teacher program - they have 50% back in rewards on shipping costs - if you ship the package at OD. The current promotion runs until January 22, but they run these promotions all the time. They might have a coupon for 50% off shipping or something. I don't know. I haven't checked.
OD also gives Star Teachers 15% off ALL Copy & Print services (INCLUDING shipping) ALL the time. When they scan the card when you are paying, it automatically deduct the amount.
OD can be a PIA to ship from. Takes longer. But I use it when they are giving rewards (sometimes 100% in rewards).
Also - I like it because you don't have to pay for tracking info. I found that out when I forgot to add it on one package. The employee said - "Well, you get a tracking number on your receipt."
He was right! So I quit paying the extra for delievery confirmation.

.
Ok I have a heavy metal bar thing to return to a dealership for dh that probably weighs 35-40 lbs. So OD ships? Tell me is this more economical to ship thru them than fed ex, ups or the post office? And I have the Star Teacher card.
Anyone have any ideas what would be the cheapest option?

I am not sure of the cheapest option. I was thinking that UPS was generally cheaper for larger packages.

Office Depot is authorized for USPS and UPS. You can ship either way through them. The actual cost would be the same - EXCEPT that:

1. Star Teachers get 15% off ALL Copy, Print, and Shipping through OD.

2. Right now they are giving 50% back in Rewards for Star Teachers - and 40% back for Worklife Rewards (who already receive 10% rewards all the time).

Post about it HERE

When I calculate shipping 35 lbs from my house to Oklahoma - it is pretty much a toss up. USPS was $20 and UPS was $22 for ground shipping.

But being a Star Teacher - you get around $3 off that rate - and $10 back in rewards.

You have to ship it AT OD. Don't put pre-paid postage on it.

Is it small enough to fit in a Flat Rate box?

Unfortunately no on the flat rate, it's bigger than 12"....never actually used my card...so do the rewards get used for anything in the store? Sounds like something to look into. Thanks for the info!

I have my Rewards R Us coupons that I won't be using. Would be happy to email them to someone who would use them. Valid in store until 1/29/11.

Okay, coupon reads "Membership number must be presented at time of purchase." Does this mean that only I can use them cuz they are linked to my account??

I think they are. This is a little bit dated (2008) but it does list many places that offer discounts for educators, inlcuding homeschooler's HERE [homeschoolingonashoestring.com]

I am beginning to get some students at the Community College that were home schooled K-12. They generally excel in college.

Yes. The rewards can be used for anything in the store. It takes a few months to get them though. But - if you are going to mail something anyway - might as well get a discount and half of it back to spend.

Lots of people use their rewards to buy FAR items and so they can turn the rewards back into cash.

Can my TCC peeps help me out HERE with my HD post I made. It is my Aunt-in-laws baby seat company, she is trying to get the word out on her super cool and cushy baby seat for shopping carts.
What happened to it? I clicked on it - and then went to the site (nice seat by the way...) Then I tried to give it a TU and it says I don't have permission to access the page. Now when I click on the link it gives me the same message. Has it been removed?
