Free Method of Entry: To obtain a Game Piece for free, while supplies last, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) to:

Limit: One (1) Request per stamped envelope. All mail-in requests must be postmarked by November 30, 2011 and received by December 8, 2011. Proof of request, submission and/or sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All requests become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due requests, all of which will be disqualified. Please allow 1-2 weeks from Sponsor's receipt of your request for delivery of the Game Piece.


Prize Claim Instructions: If you receive a winning message on a Game Piece, to claim the prize, visit http://www.orville.com/popandwin and follow the prize claiming instructions. Complete and submit the requested information, including the code that appears on the Game Piece ("Prize Claim"). All Prize Claims must be completed and submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 22, 2011 or prize will be forfeited ("Redemption Deadline"). Each potential Grand and First Prize winners (parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which must be received by Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If any potential winner cannot be contacted, prize is returned as undeliverable, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), potential winner forfeits prize. After submitting the Prize Claim and upon verification by Sponsor, you will receive the prize, subject to the terms and conditions contained in these rules. Once verified as a winner by Administrator, winner will receive the prize indicated on his/her Game Piece approximately 8-10 weeks after verification. Unclaimed Prizes will remain unawarded. Limit: Each participant may make one (1) Prize Claim per day.
