The "Falken Tire Porsche Cayman Giveaway" Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m., Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on March 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m., ("EDT") on October 5, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Sweepstakes is sponsored by Falken Tire Corp., 13649 Valley Blvd., Fontana, CA 92335 (the "Sponsor"), who is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the Sweepstakes Start Date. Void where prohibited.
Ways to Enter: Eligible participants can be entered into the Sweepstakes by:
1) Visiting the Sponsor's Facebook page located at www.facebook.co
2.) Completing a printed entry form which can be found at participating Falken Tire Dealers. Participants must complete all the requested information on the entry form and mail it to "Falken Tire Porsche Cayman Giveaway" Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 5, 2011, and received by October 11, 2011.
3) Utilizing a smart phone to scan the QR code which can be found on various Falken Tire printed communication and media vehicles during the Sweepstakes Period. Once a participant scans the code they will be directed to a mobile web site which will include an online entry form. Participants must complete all the requested information on the entry form and submit it during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the prize drawing.

Prizes: Following the conclusion of the Promotion, one (1) Grand Prize winner, one (1) Second Place Prize winner, two (2) Third Place Prize winners will be selected at random.
The Grand Prize winner will receive a 1) 2011 Porsche Cayman (vehicle) which has an Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $51,900 or 2) cash option of $36,330 (70% of vehicle ARV).
Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for all title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer preparation, emissions inspection, additional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with receipt and use of the prize vehicle. Any additional options for the vehicle following delivery will be sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid driver's license to take delivery and must take delivery at a dealership designated by Sponsor within sixty (60) days of being awarded the Grand Prize.

The Second Place Prize winner will receive a Sony Entertainment System which consists of a 60" flat screen LCD TV and a Blu-Ray home theater package (ARV $3,500). The Third Place Prize winners will each receive a 32 GB Apple iPad (ARV $599). Total Prize Pool is approximately $56,598.
By accepting any prize, the prize winner agrees to release the Sponsor, the Released Parties, and prize suppliers from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No substitution or transfer of prize or election of cash in lieu of prize will be permitted. Prize Conditions: The Grand Prize winner and Second Place Prize winner will both be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release to be returned within 14 days of written notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential winner, if potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, or if potential winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, such then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected for the prize at issue. All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner's entry, and acceptance of the prize, offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner's name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.
