The Odor Dies of Natural Causes Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins 10:00 a.m. ET on 2/28/2011 and ends 5:00 p.m. ET on 3/31/2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who, as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry, are 18 years of age or older.

During the Sweepstakes Period, you may access the Sweepstakes by visiting www.facebook.com/secret. From the Secret Fan page, accept the Sweepstakes Application and follow the on-screen directions and complete the on-screen registration form to receive one entry that can be allocated into one of the Grand Prize drawings and one entry that can be allocated towards various weekly prize drawings. You may only complete the entry form once.

Upon successful completion of your allocation of your initial Grand and Weekly Prize Entries, you will have the option to receive additional entries that can be allocated towards Weekly Prize Drawings, as follows:
• By Uploading a Photo: To gain 15 extra entries into the Weekly Prize Drawings, you can submit a headshot photograph of yourself either by uploading a photo from your computer or using a webcam to take a photo of yourself, by following the on-screen instructions. Photos may be no larger than 10 MB and photo must be in one of the following file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, non-animated .gif, .png, or .bmp. All photos must adhere to the guidelines referenced below. Limit one photo upload per week, for a maximum of 15 entries per week via this method of entry.
• By Uploading a Video: To gain 20 extra entries into the Weekly Prize Drawings, you may submit a video of yourself in which you are "saying goodbye to odor," by following the on-screen instructions. Video must be no longer than one-minute in length, be 100 MB or smaller and must be in one of the following file formats: .mpg, .avi, .mpeg, .mov, .wmv, .mp4 or .flv file. All videos must adhere to the guidelines referenced below. Limit one video upload per week, for a maximum of 20 entries per week via this method of entry.
If you do not have a photo or video but would like to submit one to gain entries into the Sweepstakes, Click Here to download a video or Click Here to download a photo that you may submit and then follow the upload instructions above and on-screen. All entry components submitted during part of the registration process shall herein be referred to as the "Entry." All eligible Entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 3/31/2011 to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawings. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Please make sure to note the following requirements when creating your Entry:
• You must be the only person in your photo/video.
• Photo may include animals or inanimate objects in addition to yourself.
• Entry must not have been submitted previously in a sweepstakes or contest of any kind or previously exhibited or displayed publicly (i.e., disclosed beyond your immediate circle of friends and family) through any means.
• The Entry must not contain content that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading.
• Any Entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor's sole discretion, will be disqualified. Entry must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent (including but not limited to nudity, or pornography), profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, defamatory, slanderous or libelous (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group).
• The Entry must not contain criminal or tortuous activity, including but not limited to child pornography, fraud, trafficking of obscene material, drug dealing, drug use, or gambling. Entry must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable local, state, federal, or international laws and regulations.
• Entries must not feature beer, distilled spirits (i.e., hard liquor, malt beverages), tobacco products (including cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco and snuff), firearms and ammunitions, prescription drugs, illegal drugs and related drug paraphernalia, nutritional supplements, lotteries and gambling.
• Any Entry or portion thereof that is, in Sponsor's sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, contains any third-party materials, other than Secret related materials, or otherwise violates or infringes (or may infringe) any copyright (including music recordings), trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand or other proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity or make reference to any commercial/corporate advertising (including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, slogans, political, or religious statements), or is otherwise objectionable, will not be considered and will disqualify the Entrant.
• Clothing worn in the Entry should not contain any visible logos (other than those owned by Secret), drawings, cartoons, phrases, trademarks or other third-party materials other than Secret.
• Entry must not include any representation of celebrities, athletes, musicians, or any other public or private figure, including any anti-social, political or religious groups, any commercial solicitation or promotional materials or name, address, phone number, or URL address. Entry must not contain advertisements, personal solicitations or commercial solicitations.
• Photo/video may not be owned, taken or edited by a professional photographer/videographer.
• Entry must not contain viruses, worms, bots, spyware or any other computer code that is intended to damage, interfere with, or surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.
• Entrants and all submitted Entries must be in keeping with Sponsor's image/Secret brand image as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, or Entry will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. The Entry must not disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor.
• Entrants and all submitted Entries may not negatively reference any of Secret's competitors, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Any Entry deemed inappropriate or unsuitable, in Sponsor's sole discretion, will be disqualified. All Entries submitted become the property of Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned. Each Entrant grants to Sponsor a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to copy, distribute, and display each submitted Entry, in any media, and with right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works there from, and agrees to execute documents confirming such right and license (as further defined in section 9 below) at Sponsor's reasonable request. By entering, you understand that your Entry (or portion thereof) may be posted online, in Sponsor's sole discretion, to be viewed by members of the general public. Weekly Drawing Entry Deadlines and How to Allocate Your Entries into the Weekly Prize Drawings: There are four weeks (each a "Week") of Entry Periods in the Sweepstakes, each with its own Entry timeframe and deadline in which all entries need to be allotted by in order to be included in that Week's Random Drawing as follows:

Each week you will have the opportunity to allocate your Entries towards whichever prize(s) you wish that are available that Week. You can view your Entry Balance at any time within the Application and then allocate your desired number of Entries for the prizes of your choice by following the on-screen instructions to select which prize that you would like to allocate an Entry towards that are available in that Weekly Prize Drawing. In the event you do not allocate your Weekly Prize Entries during any week you may allocate them for a subsequent Weekly Prize Drawing, if any. In the event you do not allocate your Weekly Prize Entries by 5:00 pm ET on 3/31/2011, those unallocated Entries will be forfeited.

The Grand Prize winners will be selected in two separate random drawings on or about 4/1/2011, from among all eligible Entries allocated per each Grand Prize. Weekly random drawings will be conducted on or about each Monday following the end of each Week. Prizes will be awarded each Week (see prize descriptions below for exact amount of each prize per Week) from among all eligible Entries allocated per prize each Week. In the event there are an insufficient number of eligible Entries received for any of the prize choices, those prize drawings will be conducted from among all eligible Entries allocated for Grand Prize #1, as of the date of the prize drawing. Winners will be notified by mail and/or email. Potential winners of any prize valued at $600 or more will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by applicable law) within 10 days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All other winners may be required to verify their address prior to delivery of their prize. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

Grand Prizes, Weekly Prizes, and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV's"):

Grand Prize #1 (1) - Winner will receive a one (1) carat flawless diamond. Carat, cut, color, and clarity determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of Grand Prize #1 is $15,000.

Grand Prize #2 (1) - A Vespa 150cc scooter. The ARV of Grand Prize #2 is $4,499.

Flowers Weekly Prize (4 total- 1 per week) - Flowers every month for a year, awarded as a delivery of Sponsor-specified flowers each month. The ARV of each Flowers Weekly Prize is $570.

Yoga Weekly Prize (40 total- 10 per week) - Eight (8) private yoga lessons, awarded in the form of a check. The ARV of each Yoga Weekly Prize is $560.

Bicycle Weekly Prize (8 total- 2 per week) - A Sponsor specified Bicycle. The ARV of each Bicycle Weekly Prize is $275.

Massage Weekly Prize (40 total- 10 per week) — A $100 Sponsor-specified massage gift certificate. The ARV of each Massage Weekly Prize is $100.

Yoga Mat Weekly Prize (500 total- 125 per week) - A Yoga mat. The ARV of each Yoga Mat Weekly Prize is $24.99.

iTunes Weekly Prize (400 total- 100 per week) - A $15 iTunes gift card. The ARV of each iTunes Weekly Prize is $15.

(240 total - 60 per week) Febreze Weekly Prize- A Sponsor-specified Febreze Plug-In. The ARV of each Febreze Weekly Prize is $7.50.

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Gift Cards and gift certificates are subject to any terms and expiration dates set forth on gift cards and certificates. The winner of the Vespa must be a U.S. licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of valid U.S. driver's license and legally required insurance at time of delivery and otherwise meet all eligibility requirements contained in these Official Rules. The Vespa winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes (including without limitation any incremental income taxes and any sales, use, or property taxes), license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. The Vespa winner must take delivery of prize from the Vespa dealership designated by Sponsor. Sponsor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the prize, and delivery is subject to availability. The Vespa winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Vespa after it has been delivered to the winner. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with their prize not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor's discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law. Limit one Weekly Prize and one Grand Prize per person/household.
