9.0 Earthquake near Honshu Japan; Major Tsunami hits Japan (((related news stories in post 515)))

They are expecting a Tsunami of up to 10 feet high. Buildings were shaken in Tokyo, no word yet on damage. It was only 15 miles deep and 81 miles east of Honshu.

Weird, the USGS link originally said 7.9 and that it had been reviewed by a seismologist but now it says 8.8 and that it hasn't been reviewed yet. Dontknow

Twitter is going crazy. There's a building on fire in Tokyo.

8.9 now.

I saw that happen for the only earthquake I felt in Nevada, was everywhere between 2.9 and 4.4, I forget what the final number even was Dontknow
