open to legal residents of the forty eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.

Entrants may enter once per day using this method of entry

There will be five (5) grand prize winners

Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to be used by the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the "Guest") to Las Vegas, Nevada to stay in the "Real World: Las Vegas" hotel suite (the "Suite") at the HRH scheduled for some time within thirty (30) days of receiving his/her Grand Prize Winnernotification. Dates are subject to change. If any Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by Sponsors,
such Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize and an alternative Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the remaining Eligible Entries, if time permits. Sponsors are not responsible if any potential GrandPrize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept the Grand Prize. The trip will include: (i) roundtrip coach class airtransportation for each Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of
MTVN's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by MTVN) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation if any Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) round trip ground transportation in a private SUV including meet and greet service for each Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between airport and HRH in Las Vegas, Nevada; (iii) two (2)
nights hotel accommodations at the HRH in the Suite in Las Vegas, Nevada for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) suite (meals, telephone calls, mini bar charges, taxes, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iv) dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest at Nobu in Las Vegas, Nevada; and (v) one (1) $500.00 poker chip for the Grand Prize Winner who is twenty one (21) years of age or older OR $500 cash to the

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $6,962.00, depending on time of travel and departure. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is $34, 810.00.
