The 2011 Ford Warriors in Pink National Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of date of entry with a valid driver's license.
Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 4/8/11 and ends at 12/31/11 at 11:59 PM ET.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2012 Warriors in Pink Edition Ford Focus Hatchback (ARV $28,000). ARV is based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of 2012 base model.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 1/15/12 from among all eligible Entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization. Potential winner will be contacted by the Administrator by telephone and email and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release Form ("Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days of receipt. The potential Grand Prize winner must execute and return the Affidavit/Release to Administrator by email or facsimile within a specified time from the delivery of Administrator's email or facsimile to be eligible to claim the prize. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to timely execute and return the Affidavit/Release or if he/she is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize or the potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted after reasonable effort as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, an alternate will be selected in his/her place and Administrator will attempt to contact and obtain the required Affidavit/Release from the alternate. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title, taxes and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages or equipment not provided with prize vehicle. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winner's residence, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Winner must a have valid driver's license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials. Prize may not be transferred or assigned. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (not limited to federal, state, local and/or income) on prize and will be required to provide, to Administrator, his/her Social Security number or tax ID for tax reporting purposes. WI residents will not be responsible for sales tax on the vehicle. Administrator will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the fair market value of prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.
