Entries must be received between Monday, April 25, 2011 @ 12:01pm Pacific Time ("PT") and Saturday, June 19, 2011 at 11:59am Pacific Time ("PT").
The "Live Like A Californian" Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of and physically located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.), age 18 or older at time of entry. Void outside the U.S. and Canada and Puerto Rico, and wherever else prohibited by law.
Entry: There are two (2) ways to enter.

Entries: Entrants will receive One (1) entry for completing the quiz and filling out the entry form. Each correct answer while completing the quiz creates an additional bonus entry of up to Four (4) entries. One (1) additional bonus entry can be gained by inviting friends to play via the online entry form. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address. Limit: Total entries per week are limited to Six (6) per person as described above. Entrants are also eligible to receive Two (2) bonus entries at the end of the 8-week period if all Eight (8) quizzes are completed and submitted each of the Eight (8) weeks. Total entries for the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period are limited to Fifty (50) per person.
Prize Drawings: There will be Eight (8) Weekly Entry and Drawing Periods during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period. To be eligible for prizes during the First Entry Period, your entry must be received between 12:01 PM (PT) on 4/25/2011 and 12:00 PM (PT) on 5/1/11 ("First Entry Period"). For each subsequent Weekly Entry Period thereafter, your online entry must be received between 12:01 PM (PT) and 12:00 PM (PT) on the applicable dates ("Entry Period") noted in the chart below. Entries from each Weekly Entry Period beginning on 4/25/11 will not be rolled over to each subsequent Weekly Entry Period.
If no entries are received for a given Entry Period, that Entry Period's prizes will be awarded as additional prizes in the following Entry Period, provided a sufficient number of entries are received for that Entry Period, unless no entries are received. In which case, then the previous Entry Period's entries, if any, will be used to award the prizes. This process will be repeated until all prizes are awarded. If no entries are received for the last Entry Period, then the final prize will be awarded from among all eligible entries received in the previous days.
A Weekly Entry Period Winner will be eligible to win a prize in each of the Eight (8) weekly entry periods as well as one of the Eight (8) Grand Prize Trips offered, even if they have already won a weekly prize.
Eight (8) Grand Prize Trips will be awarded from among all the entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period in a Grand Prize Drawing to be held on 6/27/11. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Grand Prizes: Eight (8) Grand Prize Trips will be awarded from all entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period of 4/25/11-6/19/11.

Random Drawing: The Eight (8) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, June 27, 2011 from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period. It will take place at the offices of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.
Prize Conditions: If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing.
Winner will be confirmed via email and/or phone, and will be required to sign and return, within ten (10) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability Waiver and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). Travel companions of winner will also be required to sign a travel liability waiver. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. Trip must be taken between 7/1/11 and 6/30/12. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner's guests must be legal U.S. residents, and of the Age of Majority in his/her State of Primary Residence, unless travel companion is a child of winner or minor that has parental permission to accompany winner. Travel companion and/or legal guardian of travel companion, must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel as noted above.

Random Drawing: The Eight (8) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about Monday, June 27, 2011 from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Entry Period. It will take place at the offices of The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an independent agent of the Sponsor whose decisions are final.
Prize Conditions: If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then that winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing.

If prize is forfeited prior to Sponsors finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner's guests must be legal U.S. residents, and of the Age of Majority in his/her State of Primary Residence, unless travel companion is a child of winner or minor that has parental permission to accompany winner. Travel companion and/or legal guardian of travel companion, must complete and return a Liability/Publicity/Travel Release prior to travel as noted above.
