The Pinnacle Vodka "Splash Into Summer" Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, except California. Residents must be at least 21 years of age.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner: 2011 Kawasaki Jet Ski ® JT1500, valued at $9,100
Second Place: One (1) Second Place Winner: 11ft. Super Snark Sailboat 8000, valued at $1,065.
Third Place: One (1) Third Place Winner: 2011 Cruiser Eco-ACS Stand Up Paddle Board 10' 4", valued at $889.
Fourth Place: One (1) Fourth Place Winner: KL Industries Sun Slider Pedal Boat model #72141, valued at $840.
Fifth Place: One (1) Fifth Place Winner: Sevylor Super Varavelle 2 person inflatable boat with oars and pump model #2000003401, valued at $165.
The prize winners will be notified on or about August 15, 2011 by phone and via priority mail after the selection is completed. Except, as specifically provided herein, Prizes pictured in point-of-sale, online, print advertising and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prize may vary from prize pictured. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Sweepstakes Rules will be determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion. Does not include taxes, insurance, internet fees or any other item not specifically described in these Sweepstakes Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing and for use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be substituted. Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsors.
