Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one guest to Santa Fe, NM. The Trip will consist of the following, subject to Sponsor's sole discretion: round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence to a major airport in or near Santa Fe, NM; airport transfer and rental car for Grand Prize Winner and Guest in Santa Fe, NM; 3-nights hotel accommodations at a hotel (standard room/double occupancy) in or around Santa Fe, NM, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; three breakfasts and three dinners for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, subject to Sponsor's sole discretion; a visit for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the In Plain Sight set, including ground transportation to and from Santa Fe, NM; and $500 in spending money awarded to Grand Prize Winner in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner, or in another form subject to Sponsor's sole discretion. The estimated retail value ("ERV") of the Grand Prize is eight thousand dollars ($8,000). Actual retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize will vary depending on date of travel booking and city of origination. Any differences between stated ERV and ARV will not be awarded.

Sponsor will determine all details of Grand Prize in its sole discretion. Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to Grand Prize Winner for the total ARV of Grand Prize for the tax year in which Grand Prize was won. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date and return date, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or passport) prior to departure. Failure to secure the necessary travel documents will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize and time permitting; an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible Entries at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar Grand Prize (or Grand Prize element) of comparable or greater value in its sole discretion. Gift certificates are subject to all limitations, restrictions, terms and conditions imposed by the applicable issuer. All taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize cannot be transferred by Grand Prize Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of Grand Prize by Grand Prize Winner. Set Visit is subject to availability. Time and/or date of Set Visit are subject to change and/or cancellation (subject to Sponsor's sole discretion). ERV of Set Visit is zero dollars ($0). If Set Visit is cancelled, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's Grand Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Grand Prize must be redeemed and all travel complete by August 22, 2012, otherwise Grand Prize is forfeited in its entirety.

If Grand Prize Winner's residence is within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of Santa Fe, NM, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute train or ground transportation for airfare and that shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's Grand Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Once determined, no change, extension, or substitution of travel dates and/or times is permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Grand Prize consists only of the elements set forth above. No other travel elements (including, without limitation, ground transportation (except as listed above), insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs) are included in Grand Prize. All taxes and fees assessed at the time of ticketing are the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Tickets are non-refundable. Reservations are subject to availability. Tickets are not valid for business-related or group travel. Tickets are valid only for travel on airline chosen by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets will be issued only to Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Tickets are void if sold for cash or other consideration. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any tax liability (including applicable departure taxes or fees, including baggage fees), inspection charges, and security charges. Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel may not be combined with any other offer and may not qualify for frequent flyer miles or hotel points. All travel will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and Guest. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, vouchers, or certificates. All elements of Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time. In the event of an act of God or an unforeseen, uncontrollable event, Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule all travel for a later date. If Winner chooses to travel to Santa Fe, NM with no Guest, the remaining elements of Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor's Grand Prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Guest may be required to execute and return a release of liability and, where legal, a publicity release (collectively, "Guest Documents"), which must be returned with the Sweepstakes Documents, or Guest portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
