Videobash Cash Giveaway Sweepstakes begins on May 1st,2011 at 00:00:01 A.M. Atlantic Standard Time ("AST") and ends on May 31st,2011 at 23:59:59 P.M. Atlantic Standard Time ("AST").

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Canada, Germany, France, Italy and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Videobash Cash Giveaway Sweepstakes by going to http://www.facebook.com/videobash...7398981448, you must first select the "Like" button to enter.

Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

One (1) Grand Prize:$2,000 USD

One (1) Second Prize: $500 USD

Daily Prize: $50 USD

One (1) Sweepstakes winner will be selected in a random drawing daily during the length of the sweepstakes and two (2) Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 1st, 2011 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The potential Winners will be notified by email 24 hours after the drawing is held. The potential Winner will be required to return a confirmation email to Administrator, within ten (10) business days of the date notice is sent, in order to have the opportunity to receive a "Sweepstakes Prize" (as defined below). If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, or fails to return a confirmation email within ten (10) business days, then such potential Winner may be disqualified and/or otherwise forfeit his or her opportunity to receive a Sweepstakes Prize. In the event that a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, there will be an alternate drawing following the procedure stated above. Prize will be awarded to the person whose name is on the entry.
