FOX All Access Stay Connected with American Idol Sweepstakes begins on May 14, 2011 at 12:01 am Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on May 20, 2011 at 11:59 pm PT.
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, DC, who are physically located and residing therein. Each entrant must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and not a minor in his/her state of resident.
FOX All Access & AT&T want to give you the chance to "stay connected" with all your favorite American Idols, so we're giving away 5 of the world's most powerful smartphones, the new Motorola Atrix 4G with Lap dock from AT&T and a $50 AT&T gift card.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
Grand Prize Pack(s): Five (5) each consisting of
one (1) Motorola ATRIX 4G Smartphone Handset;
one (1) American Idol AT&T Laptop Dock for Motorola ATRIX Phone;
one (1) HD Multimedia Dock; and
one (1) $50 AT&T Gift Card.
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is: $1,000.00
Total Cumulative Prize ARV: $5,000.00
All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizewinner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. Cash alternative is allowed at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. If winner cannot accept a prize, or any portion thereof, as stated, the prize may be forfeited at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The value of the prize represents Sponsor good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof. No refunds or credits for changes are allowed. The ARV of any prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, entertainment and transfers, are winner's sole responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Grand Prize they receive. The Grand Prize Winner must provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the Grand Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the Grand Prize Winner for the actual value of the Grand Prize received. Other restrictions may apply. Limit one (1) prize per household. If prize is awarded but goes unclaimed or is forfeited by recipient, the prize may not be re-awarded, in Sweepstakes Entities' sole discretion.
A random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator from among all eligible entries received, on or about May 24, 2011. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email, phone and/or overnight mail on or about May 24, 2011. Potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to respond (as directed by the Administrator and/or Sponsor) to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) of first attempted notification. The failure to respond timely to the notification may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Administrator will randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to verify address and return within five (5) days (or a shorter time if required by exigencies) an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents") covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues. Failure to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that prize. A prize will not be awarded until all such properly executed Prize Claim Documents are returned. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of a prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules.
