Scotts Let's Go Outside Sweepstakes ~ 8/3/11 (Facebook)

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes begins on May 3, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 3, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET and consists of two (2) entry periods as set forth in the chart below.

During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Sweepstakes through the Let's Go Outside application [facebook.com] on the Facebook Platform.
You can also find the application on the Let's Go Outsidetab on the SCOTTS Lawn Care Products Page on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/scottslawn). If you don't already "like" the SCOTTS Lawn Care Products Page, you must first click on the "like" button in order to access the tab.

You will also have the option to upload one (1) photo that you took along with a title for the photo (not to exceed fifteen (15) words) per day during the Promotion Period. During Entry Period 1, you may upload a Photo that displays "your pets outside," and during Entry Period 2, you may upload a Photo that displays "your family outside." Uploading a Photo will not affect your chances of winning.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Period): A $500 Visa® Gift Card and the opportunity to have the Sponsor donate up to $5,000 to the charity of winner's choice (charity subject to Sponsor's approval). Approximate Retail Value: $500.

Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period, on or around the dates listed in the chart above. Non-winning entries will not carry over into the subsequent Entry Period drawing.
The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone.

For every person that completes the online registration form during each Entry Period, Sponsor will make a $1 charitable donation to the applicable Entry Period Grand Prize winner's charity of choice (charity subject to Sponsor's approval), up to a maximum of $5,000 per Entry Period.
