Nissan “Innovation for Endurance” Sweepstakes ~ 4/29/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes is scheduled to begin on April 11, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and end on April 29, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET).

Sweepstakes is offered in and open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia and Puerto Rico age 18 and older or of age of majority in state of residence, whichever is older, who have a valid driver's license.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, household, or email address per Weekly Entry Period.

Weekly Prizes: (52) Gear Prizes: Sporting or other Gear package to be awarded in the form of a gift card (determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion; and gift card is subject to terms/conditions of use as indicated thereon, which may include expiration date (where lawful)). Approximate Retail Value: $500 each.

(1) Grand Prize: A 2011 or 2012 Nissan LEAF SL (model year is of Sponsor's sole choosing) with one home charging station/dock and contribution towards the cost of home installation from a Nissan certified provider (to be awarded via a check).

The electric vehicle includes the following features: advanced navigation system showing range and available charging stations; Internet/smart phone connectivity to the vehicle to monitor charging and preset A/C and heating; Bluetooth connectivity; Nissan Intelligent Key™ with Push Button Ignition; Energy-efficient LED headlights. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price: not to exceed $34,420. Sponsor's total contribution for the charging station and installation is not to exceed $5,000. Additional installation costs (if any) are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Total Approximate Value of Grand Prize: $39,420. If the Nissan LEAF electric vehicle is not available at a dealership in Grand Prize winner's area (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or if Nissan LEAF electric vehicle is not available within six (6) months of Grand Prize winner verification due to any reason beyond Sponsor's control, a Nissan vehicle of comparable or greater value (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be awarded and will represent Sponsor's sole obligation to Grand Prize winner. Total Value of Prize Structure is $65,420. Limit of one (1) weekly prize per person and/or email address.
