Chicago Steak Company Steak and Grill Sweepstakes ~ 3/31/12
PROMOTION PERIOD. This promotion consists of 4 Quarterly periods per year with the first quarter beginning April 1, 2011 at12:01 AM EST and ending June 30, 2011 at11:59 PM EST. The second quarter beginning July 1, 2011 at 12:01 AM EST and ending September 30, 2011 at11:59 PM EST. The third quarter beginning October 1, 2011 at 12:01 AM EST and ending December 31, 2011 at11:59 PM EST. The fourth quarter beginning January 1, 2012 at 12:01 AM EST and ending March 31, 2012 at11:59 PM EST.
ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.
HOW TO ENTER. Visit http://www.mychicagosteak.com/inforequest3.asp during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form.
Limit: One entry per person/per e-mail address/per day during the Promotion Period.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be four (4) winners, one for each quarterly period. The prize is one Char- Broil 3-burner Stainless Infrared Grill (Product Number 464222209) mailed to the winner’s residence($800.00 value), one Char-Broil Big Easy Smoker, Roaster & Grill (Product Number 10101550) mailed to the winner’s residence ($200.00 value) and a gift certificate worth $500.00 towards the purchase of gourmet steaks or any other gourmet foods listed on the www.MyChicagoSteak.com website.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. Winner selection will be conducted by random drawing from all eligible entries for each daily entry pool on or about June 30, 2011, September 30, 2011, December 31, 2011 and March 31, 2012 (the "Drawing Dates"). Any potential winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days from the date the Sponsor first tries to notify him/her, and/or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to win the Promotion or receive the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such individual will be declared the "winner" of the Promotion.
