Eligibility: Only open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who have had Internet access prior to the first date of this promotion, age 18 and older at time of entry.
Employees of Ile de France Cheese ("Sponsor"), ETL Advertising ("Administrator"), and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, franchisees and their employees, licensee, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively "Released Parties"), and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents siblings, children or "step" of each, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of this Sweepstakes) are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to the United States law.
You are not authorized to participate in the Sweepstakes if you are not located within the United States. Void in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Drawing and Awarding of Prize: Potential winners will be determined in random daily drawings from all eligible entries received. The daily drawings will be held on or about the following business day following the daily entry period. Daily entry period is defined as beginning at 12:00:01 am ET and ending on at 11:59:59 pm ET.
Prize Details: One (1) Prize awarded per day during the Sweepstakes Period: 1 Cheese basket of assorted French cheeses. Approximate retail value: $60.00.
